The Ministry of Commerce and Industry confirmed today, Wednesday, that shops and sales centers must comply with the Ministry of Commerce's law, which stipulates the consumer's right to exchange and return goods within 14 days from the purchase date recorded on the invoice. It clarified that the law excludes valuable items such as jewelry, watches, glasses, evening wear, wedding clothes, and items that come into contact with the skin (swimwear and underwear), as well as perfumes — for these, the exchange and return period is only one day, provided that the return option is stated on the purchase invoice, and in all cases the item must be in its original condition.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase in original condition with all packaging and documentation. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
